Some items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. After approval, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Mobile Wallet, Bank, or Store Credit).
If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), Picobazar will cover the shipping cost. For other reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
